蜂针联合温针疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎50例

摘　　要：目的:观察蜂针联合温针疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,分别采用蜂针联合温针及单纯温针治疗,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组50例中,显效29例,好转18例,无效3例;对照组50例中,显效12例,好转32例,无效6例。观察组与对照组总有效率(94%与88%)比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05),但两组显效率(58%与24%)比较,差异却有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:蜂针联合温针疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎较单纯温针疗法具有更好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating osteoarthritis Of the knee by Fengzhen plus Wenzhen. Methods： Dividing 100 cases of patients with osteoarthritis into observation group and control group randomly, each group for 50 cases, to treat them by Fengzhen plus Wenzhen and simple Wenzhen respectively, observing the clinical effect. Result： In 50 cases of observation, markedly effective for 29 cases, improved for 18 cases, ineffective was 3 cases; In 50 cases of the control group, markedly effective for 12 cases, improved for 32 cases, ineffective was 6 cases. Conclusion： The clinical effect of treating osteoarthritis of the knee by Fengzhen plus Wenzhen was better than simple Wenzhen therapy.
