益气祛瘀汤配合循经点穴按摩法治疗中风后遗症10年总结

摘　　要：目的:总结益气祛瘀汤配合经点穴按摩法治疗中风后遗症经验。方法:治疗组采用益气祛瘀汤配合循经按摩点穴法治疗中风后遗症。对照组:益气祛瘀汤组(对照1组)单独运用益气祛瘀汤,循经按摩点穴组(对照2组)循经按摩点穴法治疗中风后遗症。结果:治疗组160例,存活10年～20年126例;存活21年～30年27例;存活31年以上7例。对照1组治愈6例,存活10年者3例。对照2组治愈0例,存活0例。三组对比治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:益气祛瘀汤配合循经按摩点穴按法治疗中风后遗症疗效显著。Objective： To summarize the experience in treating apoplexy sequel with Yiqi Quyu decoction plus meridian acupuncture massage. Methods： The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Quyu decoction plus meridian acupuncture massage. The control group 1 was only treated with Yiqi Quyu decoction, the control group 2 was only treated with meridian acupuncture massage. Results： 160 cases in the treatment group, survival of 10 years to 20 years was 126 cases; 27 cases for 21 years to 30 years; 7 patients survived more than 31 years. In the control group l, 6 cases were cured, survival of 10 years in 3 cases. In the control group 2, 0 case was cured, 0 case was surviving. Compared the three groups, the effect of the treatment was obviously better than that of the control group. Conclusion： Treating apoplexy sequel with Yiqi Quyu decoction plus meridian acupuncture massage has a better effect.
