摘　　要：目的:探讨钻孔扩窗治疗外伤性慢性硬膜下积液的疗效。方法:外伤性慢性硬膜下积液6例,均采用钻孔扩窗开颅手术清除。结果:6例全部治愈,术后随访3个月～2年,无一例积液复发;结论:钻孔扩窗治疗外伤性慢性硬膜下积液效果好,值得推广应用。Objective： To explore the effects with drill hole and expand windows treating chronic traumatic subdural effusion. Methods： Traumatic chronic subdural effusion in 6 cases, are used drill hole craniotomy clear window. Results： 6 cases were cured and followed up for 3 months to 2 years, with no recurrence of effusion. Conclusion： Drill hole window treatment of traumatic chronic subdural effusion in effect, should be widely applied.
