摘　　要：目的:为了研究保守治疗护理单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2000年3月～2009年11月120例单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,对其进行手法牵引、垫枕、口服中药及功能锻炼等保守治疗和护理。结果:经过保守治疗护理后,有效率100%,功能恢复快,未出现并发症。结论:保守治疗单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折效果满意,值得推广应用。Obstract： To investigate the clinical effect of conservative treatment and nursing simple compression thoracolumbar fractures. Methods： To choose 120 cases of the patients between March 2000 and November 2009. Treating them by traction technique, padding pillows, taking TCM orally and function exercise,etc. Results： Through the treatings, the effective rate was 100%, the functions recovered soon and with no complications. Conclusion： The effect on simple compression thoracolumbar fractures in conservative treatment is satisfactory which is worthy promoting and applicating.
