摘　　要：本文介绍了专用ＤＣＥ设备的工作原理与通信协议，研究了ＤＣＥ设备的关键部分——ＢＣＨ 码译码器和交织器的ＣＰＬＤ设计与实现技术，给出了整个ＤＣＥ设备的硬件电路实现框图。工程实践表明，该专用ＤＣＥ芯片可以工作在几个Ｍｂｉｔ／ｓ 的传输速率下。This paper describes the hardware implementation of the Data Circuit Equitment(DCE) for the special mible data communication networks,with emphasis on the design of BCH decoder and block interleaver.A new implementation method of the interleaver is proposed.Emulation results show that the DCE chip based on the CPLD is very simple and fast.It is also suitable for the application such as H.261 video conference system.
