摘　　要："增强自主创新能力,建设创新型国家"是国家的一项长期的战略目标。为达到这一目标,必须培养大批具有自主创新能力的高层次人才。通过对西南石油大学研究生创新能力培养工作的总结和思考,认为需要从营造学术创新氛围、完善创新制度建设和搭建高水平创新平台三方面开展工作,并针对不足提出了改革思路。可为同类高校研究生创新能力的培养提供借鉴。＂Reinforcing Self-creative Ability and Constructing the Creative-Typed Country＂ remains a long-term strategic goal of China.To achieve that,it is necessary to nurture a wealth of self-creative talents.By summarizing and mediating how self-creative capabilities of postgraduates of SWPU have been fostered,the author holds that work ought to be initiated on creating an academic innovation atmosphere,perfecting a self-creation system and building a high-standing self-creation platform.As to drawbacks of nurturing their self-creative capabilities,some accessible and pragmatic measures will be outlined to for other universities at the same level to use for reference.
