摘　　要：主要采用文献资料法、归纳法和演绎法,在对"风险管理"与"体育风险管理"概念界定的基础上,对大型体育赛事风险管理的特征进行分析,发现大型体育赛事风险管理法律制度方面存在的不足,并提出完善措施。By the ways of document consultation, induction and deduction the paper analyzes the characteristics of risk management of major sport events on the basis of defining the concepts of risk management and sports risk management. It reveals the shortcomings of the legal system for risk management of major sport events and sets forth the measures for perfection.
