摘　　要：体育仲裁作为一种特殊仲裁形式,既要遵循普通仲裁的基本原则外,又具有独立性、自愿性与强制性原则。在分析国际体育仲裁案例的基础上,阐述了体育仲裁应遵循的兴奋剂严格责任、技术事项例外等具体原则。The sports arbitration takes one kind of special arbitration form,both must follow the ordinary arbitration outside the basic principle with the independence,voluntary and the compulsory principle.Elaborated in the analysis of international sports arbitration case＇s foundation,the sports arbitration should follow concrete principle,such as doping strict responsibility,technical item exception,etc.
