515例2型糖尿病控制治疗达标现况调查

摘　　要：目的评价已诊断2型糖尿病的驻京部队离退休老干部血糖、血压、血脂等指标的控制情况。方法整群抽取驻京部队已诊断2型糖尿病的老干部515人,测量身高、体重、血压、空腹及餐后血糖、血脂等指标进行分析。结果空腹血糖在理想范围内的比例为28.54%;餐后血糖在理想范围内的比例为24.85%,HbA1c<6.5%比例为25.24%,血压<130//80mmHg比例为31.07%,总胆固醇<4.5mmol/L比例为41.17%,甘油三酯<1.5mmol/L比例为22.33%;低密度脂蛋白<2.6mmol/L比例为39.81%,高密度脂蛋白>1.1mmol/L比例为52.23%。全面达标率为5.28%。结论已诊断2型糖尿病驻京部队老干部全面达标率为5.28,需要进一步的系统管理和治疗。Aim To investigate the status of management of diabetes among type 2 diabetic patients of retired military officers in Beijing area.Methods There 515 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes were investigated by cluster sampling in the Beijing military officers.The levels of height,weight,resting blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and serum lipid were determined.Results The level of 28.54% of the subjects were in the range of optimal fasting glycemic control,The percentage of HbA1c6.5% among all the subjects was 25.24%.The percentage of blood pressure130/80 mmHg was 31.07%.The percentage of serum cholesterol4.5mmol/L among all the subjects was 41.17%.The percentage of triglyceride1.5mmol/L among all the participants was 22.33%.The percentage of HDL1.1 mmol/L among all the participants was 39.81%.The percentage of optimal levels of glycemic,blood pressure,and serum lipid among all the subjects were only 5.28%.Conclusion Only 5.28% of all the type 2 diabetic patients under management were up to the standard of optimal rate for control of levels of glycemic,blood pressure and serum lipid.Thus the type 2 diabetic patients be systematically and intensively managed.
