摘　　要：生物组织光学是关于光辐射与生物组织相互作用的学问，是生物医学光子学技术的理论基础。本文从生物组织的光传输模型、特性参数测量方法。Bio-tissueopticsisalearning abouttheinteraction between lightradiation and bio-tissue,which isan im portanttheoreticalbasisin thetechnique ofbiom edical photonics.Thetheoreticalmodelaboutlightpropagation in tissue, themeasurem entof optical param eters of bio-tissue, the imaging technology and the research on spectrum ofbio-tissue are four main fields ofbio-tissue optics.Their connotation, presentsituation, furtherdevelopmentand applicationsarepresented.
