摘 要:用自制的超分散剂对剑麻纤维(SF)表面改性,采用机械共混法及模压成型工艺制备SF/聚丙烯(PP)木塑复合材料。研究不同柔性链段、不同含量的超分散剂对复合材料力学性能、晶态结构及微观结构的影响。结果表明,SF经表面处理后与PP的界面黏结性增强,力学性能也得到了一定的提高,PP的晶体结构仍以α晶型为主。The surface of SF was modified by hyper-dispersant self-prepared. The SF/PP composites were prepared by blending with polypropylene (PP) through masticating and melt-compounding. The effects of different kind and content hyper-dispersant on mechanical properties, crystal structure and micro-structure were studied. The results show that the interfaciai adhesion of surface of SF and PP enhances,and mechanical properties have also been improved to some extent, the crystal structure of PP is still mainly α crystal form.
