摘  要:采用扫描电镜观察聚丙烯(PP)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料不同燃烧时间燃烧残余物断面的微观形貌,利用热失重分析方法对不同燃烧时间形成的皮层和蜂窝层的热稳定性和热分解特性进行分析研究并与炭渣结构特征相关联。结果表明,在燃烧55 s后开始形成表面层,至190 s时形成皮层和蜂窝层结构,而且随燃烧的进行PP不断分解,皮层中PP含量不断减少,形成的含碳蒙脱土片层增加,有较好的保护作用,起到了阻燃作用。蜂窝层中蒙脱土含量相比有机物的较少,热稳定性较皮层差,但它扩充了炭层的体积,也有一定的阻燃作用,正是皮层和蜂窝层的组合对复合材料起到阻燃作用。The cross-sectional microstructures of burning residue of PP/OMMT nanocomposites in different times of burning process were observed by SEM, the thermal stability and pyrolysis characteristics of the skin and cellular layers in different times of burning process were studied by TGA. The results were correlated to the structure characteristics of char residue. The results show that surface layer begins to form after combusting 55 s, to 190 s the skin and cellular layers structure forms ,the content of PP decreases and montmorillonite with char content increases in the skin layer because of the decomposition of PP during burning, which have good protection and playes a flame retardant role . The montmorillonite content in the cellular layers is less than the organic content, and thermal stability of the cellular char layer is less than that of the skin char layer. But it expands the volume of char layer, also have certain flame retardant role. It is the combination of the skin and cellular layers that imparts flame retardancy to the nanocomposites.
