摘　　要：为解决无人机飞行控制系统的多种类、多测点、宽功率、宽量程信号的自动检测要求,研制了一台基于PXI总线技术的自动检测系统,将拓朴模型化的设计思想应用到接口适配器组件的开关网络,分别设计了电源开关阵、测点测试开关阵、万用表端子开关阵的控制模型,建立了测点与供电电源和测试资源间的映射拓扑关系,将飞行控制系统全部机载设备的性能测试集中在一台测试系统中,取代了传统的8台套专用分立型手动测试设备;该自动检测系统具有自动检测、在线故障诊断处理、电子记录等功能,测试精度达到了FLUKE万用表四位半的精度,机务准备与维护速度降低到原来的二十分之一,并已投入了工程应用。For the automatic test requirement of unmanned aircraft flight control system with many kinds、many test-points、 high-power range,and wide measuring range singals,this paper presents a automatic test system（ATS） on PXI bus.Topology model design is implemented to switch network in test unit adapter（TUA） of the ATS,including three kinds of mapping configration for UUT power supply、test-points instruments,and test-points multimeter junctions matching.Because of the design for switch neitwork self-adaptive model,one ATS can be satisfied with automatic testing requirement for all airborne devices,instead of 8 sets of traditional manned test equipments.The ATS has also such characteristics as fault on-line diagnosis,high accuracy up to 4 and 1/2 FLUKE multimeter,and no-paperlog.During the UAV field flight verification,the maintenance speed is reduced to one-twentieth than in the past.The ATS has been put into engineering uses.
