摘　　要：为了实现自动测试系统的并行测试,对测试系统中测试资源的硬件连接和软件控制方法进行了研究;提出了采用资源管理内核程序集中控制测试资源的方法,解决了不同测试程序间测试资源的共享问题;对本身不支持并行测试的测试资源,硬件上采用并联连接方式,或在软件上对其控制方式与驱动程序进行修改,使其支持并行测试,从而实现整个测试系统的并行测试;文中提出的方法已成功应用于工程实践中,可实现任意三种不同型号的电路板的并行测试,节约了测试时间,提高了测试效率。Aiming at parallel testing of auto test system,the method regarding to hardware connection and software controling of test instruments is proposed.The method using resource manage kernel program to control test instruments is supplied,solving problems of sharing test instruments between different test programs.Regarding of some test instrments not supporting parallel test,parallel connection in hardware or modification of control manner and drivers in software can be used to support parallel testing.This method has been successfully used in practical applications,can be implemented in parallel test of any three kinds of optional circuit boards to save time and improve efficiency.
