摘 要:集装箱吊装过程中将集装箱吊具上的四角旋锁对准集装箱的角孔是一项高难度的工作,针对目前在吊装作业时集装箱的角孔位置看不见、对不准等问题,提出了一种具有无线通讯和全景视觉功能的集装箱吊具;首先,采用全方位视觉传感器(Omni-Directional Vision Sensors,ODVS)来采集集装箱的顶部全景视频图像,以便装卸人员能快速地将集装箱吊具对准集装箱的角孔;其次,利用无线通讯技术将所采集的全景视频图像传输到驾驶室的显示屏幕上;通过对1m和30m位置的图像采集试验结果说明,这种带有无线通讯和全景视觉功能的集装箱吊具抗干扰性能好、无需布线、安装方便等优点,可以实现集装箱装卸过程的全景实时无死角监控。It's a difficult job for container spreader system to make the rotating lock blocks aim at the corner holes in the direction of four top apex angles,which easily lead to be caught invisibly sight of the location of the corner holes and fail to aim at the holes correctly.This paper discusses a new container spreader system based on wireless communication and panoramic view.Firstly,it can get panoramic images of the top view of containers by Omni-Directional Vision Sensors(ODVS) so as to help operators conveniently aim at the corner holes;Secondly,this system transfers the collected images to the display screens in the operating room by wireless communication being implemented by embedded system.And the results of experiments by simulation equipments show that this system has many advantages,such as anti-jamming function,no disposal for cables,and convenience of installing,at without dead angle monitoring manipulation of carrying containers in Real-time.
