摘　　要：目的:测定克癌新胶囊中间体中总皂苷的含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法。结果:选择楤木皂苷A为对照品,标准曲线方程为A=3.695c-0.0438(r=0.9995),在0.05～0.35mg范围内有良好的线性关系,克癌新胶囊中间体总皂苷的含量达到50%以上,平均加样回收率为98.41%,RSD为0.73%。结论:该方法操作简便,灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂质量控制的方法。Objective：To determine the content of general saponins in KeAiXin Intermediate Products.Methods：Ultra violet spectroscopic method was used.Results：Araloside A was served as a reference,the standard linear equation was A=3.695c-0.0438（r=0.9995）.The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.05～0.35mg（r=0.9999）.The amount of general saponins in KeAiXin Intermediate Products reached 50%.The average recovery was 98.41% with RSD 0.73%.Conclusion：This method is sensitive,accurate,it can be used for the quality control of KeAiXin Intermediate Products.
