摘 要:主要描述了一种基于顺序旋转馈电网络构成的背腔式缝隙圆极化天线阵。天线单元是一种低轮廓的背腔共面缝隙天线,包括运用介质填充的金属背腔和共地共面波导构成的馈电单元。该天线单元带宽为170 MHz,最大增益为5.7 dBi,其厚度小于λ0/50。而天线阵采用2×2天线单元顺序旋转馈电的方法来实现圆极化,其阻抗带宽和3 dB轴比(Axial Ratio:AR)带宽分别为470 MHz和70 MHz。天线阵工作频率为10 GHz时的最大增益为7.7 dBi,前后比为14.2 dB,最大交叉极化电平为-19.3 dB。结果表明该天线阵拥有良好的辐射性能,具有低损耗,轻便,易于平面集成的特点。This paper describes a sequential-rotation array of circularly polarized slot antenna backed by dielectric filled metal cavity.The antenna element is a low profile cavity backed planar slot antenna fed by grounded coplanar waveguide(GCPW).It has 170 MHz bandwidth,5.7 dBi maximum gain with its thickness less than λ0/50.The antenna array realizes circular polarization by adopting a sequential rotation technique with 2×2 antenna elements,which has impedance bandwidth of 470 MHz,front-to-back ratio of 14.2 dB,maximum cross polarized radiation level of-19.3 dB and 3dB(Axial Ratio:AR)bandwidth of 70 MHz.It has 7.7 dBi maximum gain,when operating at 10 GHz.The proposed antenna keeps good radiation performance and has advantages of low cost,light weight,easy fabrication and easy integration with planar circuit.
