神经外科鼻饲患者护理日程表的设计与应用

摘　　要：目的为鼻饲患者制定护理日程表,实现患者日常护理规范化管理。方法将62例鼻饲患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组按日程表的内容护理患者,对照组采取常规的口头健康宣教,观察两组患者鼻饲并发症及关节挛缩的发生情况,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组并发症发生率及关节挛缩发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为患者制定24 h护理日程表能显著降低患者鼻饲并发症及关节挛缩的发生率,提高护理质量。Objective To develop a nursing schedule for patients needing nasal feeding in department of neurosurgery in order to realize standardized management of daily care.Methods Totally 62 patients with nasal feeding were randomly divided into trial group that were in strict accordance with the contents of the schedule of daily care,and control group that were in regular oral health education.The incidence rates of complications and joint contracture in both groups were observed and statistically analyzed.Results The incidence rates of complications and joint contracture in the trial group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The development of nursing schedule for daily care can significantly reduce the incidence rate of complications and joint contracture for patients with nasal feeding and thus improve the quality of nursing service.
