摘　　要：目的探讨曲美他嗪对老年慢性心力衰竭患者自主神经功能的影响。方法将35例老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组与曲美他嗪组,所有患者采用心力衰竭常规药物治疗,曲美他嗪组加用曲美他嗪20 mg,3次/d口服,分别于用药前及用药12周检查患者的心脏功能与心率变异性指标。结果两组治疗后均能明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心脏射血分数(P<0.05),且曲美他嗪组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后心率变异性各指标均升高(P<0.05),且曲美他嗪组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪辅助治疗老年心力衰竭疗效显著,能提高心率变异性,改善自主神经功能,无明显不良反应。Objective To investigate the effects of trimetazidine on the autonomic nervous function in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 35 elderly patients with heart failure were randomly divided into control group and trimetazidine group.All patients were treated with conventional drug therapy,while trimetazidine group was treated with additional 20 mg trimetazidine three times/day orally.Echocardiography and 24-hour heart rate variability were tested before treatment and 12 weeks after the treatment.Results Ejection fraction of the patients in the trimetazidine group was more significantly increased（P0.05） than the control group（P0.05）.The HRV parameters were significantly increased after treatment in the two groups（P0.05）,and the trimetazidine group was increased more significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Adding trimetazidine to optimal medical therapy in aged patients with heart failure may improve the autonomic nervous function and increase HRV parameters without any side effects.
