摘　　要：目的探讨季德胜蛇药外敷治疗紫杉醇注射液外渗的护理。方法对18例紫杉醇注射液外渗患者使用季德胜蛇药外敷治疗。结果经外敷治疗后局部疼痛完全消失,1周左右局部组织炎症完全消失,血管弹性完全恢复。结论季德胜蛇药外敷治疗紫杉醇注射液外渗简单、安全、有效,可增加静脉血管再次使用率。Objective To explore the nursing of the treatment of paelitaxel extravasation in injection with Topical Jidesheng Yi Yao. Methods Eighteen patients with paclitaxel extravasation during injection were treated with Topical Jidesheng Yi Yao. Results Local pain of these patients eased completely after treatment, the inflammation of local tissue completely disappeared about 1 week later, the elasticity of vessel fully restored. Conclusion The usage of Topical Jidesheng Yi Yao in treating paclitaxel extravasation during injection is feasible, safe, effective, and of great val- ue in increasing venous re - utilization.
