桐油石膏治疗化脓性静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的总结静脉留置针所致化脓性静脉炎的治疗方法。方法对4例静脉炎患者应用硫酸镁及桐油石膏前后自身症状作对比。结果硫酸镁致4例静脉炎发展成化脓性静脉炎,而桐油石膏能很快控制化脓性静脉炎症状。结论桐油石膏治疗化脓性静脉炎效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the treatment of phlebitis caused by intravenous catheter. Methods Four cases of suppurative phlebitis caused by intravenous catheter were compared in terms of efficacy after being treated with 25 % magnesium sulfate and Tung oil gypsum sequentially. Results The four cases of phlebitis aggravated to suppurative phlebitis after being treated with 25% magnesium sulfate, and were cured after being treated with Tung oil gypsum. Conclusion Tung oil gypsum could effectively cure patients of suppurative phlebitis, and thus should be popularized.
