应用精细输液器静脉滴注金葡素预防静脉炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨运用精细输液器静脉滴注金葡素预防静脉炎的临床效果。方法将100例静脉滴注金葡素患者随机分为精细组和普通组各50例,分别采用精细输液器和普通输液器静脉滴注金葡素各10 d。结果精细组静脉炎的发生率显著低于普通组(P<0.05)。结论应用精细输液器滴注金葡素可预防静脉炎的发生。Objective To evaluate the effect of using the precise injections filtration to prevent phlebitis induced by agglutionatie. Methods One hundred patients were randomly divided into two groups： common injector （A） group （ 50 patients） and using precise injections filtration （B） group （50 patients）, we injected agglutionatie by using common injections and the precise injections filtration, detected the incidence of the phlebitis. Results The incidence rates of group A are 4. 4 96 and 11.4 96 in group B （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Using precise injections filtration may induce the rate of phlebitis.
