胰腺节段切除术治疗胰腺良性肿瘤14例

摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺节段切除在胰腺良性肿瘤中的临床实用价值。方法对2001年1月至2009年5月期间行胰腺节段切除治疗的14例胰腺良性肿瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组无围手术期死亡病例。手术完整切除肿瘤，术后病人胰腺功能无明显变化，症状得到明显改善，无新发糖尿病，无肿瘤复发，无胰腺假性囊肿形成。术后胰瘘发生率为14．3％（2／14）。结论胰腺节段切除是一种安全、有效的可保存器官功能的手术方式，适合于胰腺良性肿瘤病人，可以保存病人胰腺内、外分泌功能，提高生活质量。Objective To study the clinically applied value of central pancreatectomy in the treatment of pancreatic tumors. Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with pancreatic tumors from January 2001 to May 2009 in out hospital were retrospectively and statistically analyzed. Results There was no perioperative deaths. All the 14 patients received segmental pancreatectomy and the symptoms vanished after the operations. Exocrine and endocrine functions of the pancreas were pre- served well. No patients got new-onset diabetes and pancreatic pseadoeyst. There was postoperative tumor recurrence. The incidence of pancreatic fistula was 14. 3 %（2/14）. Conclusion Central pancreatectomy is a safe,effective, and less invasive treatment to benign pancreatic tumors. It preserves pancreatic parenchyma and functions.
