摘　　要：随着互联网的发展,网络成为一种新型的犯罪工具、犯罪场所和犯罪对象。作为网络犯罪的一种,网络诈骗指以非法占有为目的,利用互联网采用虚拟事实或者隐瞒事实真相的方法,骗取数额较大的公私财物的行为。本文在界定网络犯罪概念的基础上,对其基本特征、主要表现形式和犯罪构成作了进一步的分析探讨。Along with the development of Internet,the network becomes a kind of crime tool of new model,crime place and crime object.As a kind of network crimes,the network deceit is as a purpose of illegal encroachment and making use of the method of Internet adoption virtual fact or concealment true facts,the behavior of the defraud of quantity bigger male private wealth and properties.On the foundation of network crime notion,This text makes a further analysis study on its＇ basic features,the main types and its＇ crime composings.
