摘 要:分析水稻株高、基部节间形态性状等水稻茎秆的物理性状,以阐明决定水稻倒伏的主要因素。以抗倒伏品种南粳44和武运粳7号与不抗倒伏品系宁7412为试验材料,通过氮钾肥配比试验,探明株高、基部节间形态性状与抗倒性的关系。结果显示:水稻倒伏指数与基部节间长度呈显著正相关,与基部节间的粗度、壁厚和截面积呈显著负相关;水稻的抗倒伏能力存在着品种间差异;增施氮、钾肥对水稻倒伏有显著影响。表明水稻基部节间的长度、粗度、壁厚和截面积对品种抗倒伏能力影响较大,这些性状的优化组合是提高水稻品种抗倒伏能力的关键。To clarify the main factors affecting rice lodging,the physical traits of rice stem such as plant height and basal stem morphological traits were analyzed.Three cultivated varieties of Oryza sativa ssp.japonica in Jiangsu(lodging-resistant varieties Nanjing 44 and Wuyunjing 7,lodging line Ning 7412,) were selected as materials to investigate the relationship between plant height and basal stem morphological traits and lodging resistance through nitrogen and potassium fertilizer test.Lodging resistance of rice was significantly positively correlated with length of basal internodes,and significantly negatively correlated with diameter,wall thickness,and wall section area of basal internodes.Meanwhile,differences of lodging resistance among rice varieties were also found.Application of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer had obvious effect on lodging resistance of rice.The results indicated that diameter,wall thickness,wall section area of basal internodes,and the length of the basal internodes had greater influence upon lodging resistance of rice,and the optimal combination of these traits was vital to improve lodging resistance of rice varieties.
