摘　　要：采用相同的控制轧制工艺及不同的冷却、热处理工艺,对比分析了Q1030超高强度钢的组织及力学性能。结果表明,采用控冷+离线淬火+回火处理工艺的试样性能最优,为工业生产提供了理论依据。The microstructure and mechanical properties of Q1030 super high strength steel were analyzed by using the same controlled rolling process and different cooling and heat treatment process.The results showed that the property of sample with controlled rolling,off-line quench and tempering process is the best.The conclusion could supply the theory evidence for industrial production.
