摘　　要：在大学生就业形势日益严峻和就业竞争激烈的今天,由于受家庭条件和传统观念的影响,贫困大学生已经成为大学生就业大军中的弱势群体。客观存在的不利因素,在很大程度上影响了贫困大学生的就业质量。针对当前贫困大学生就业难的问题,应该着重从完善扶持政策,加强职业生涯规划教育和心理疏导,建立就业援助机制等方面提供帮助和统筹解决。Due to the increasingly serious situation for employment of university graduates and the more fierce competition for employment among them,the poor university students have become inferior group compared with other students because of the traditional thinking and family limitation.The unfavorable factors,which objectively exist,have a terribly bad effect on the quality of their employment.To solve this problem,it is needed to emphasize on a complete policy of support,to enhance the education of career planning and to give them psychological guidance.Meanwhile,it is also needed to set up a system of employment aids and to help them in coordination.
