摘　　要：目的探讨血清中瘦素水平与月经周期的关系。方法随机选择65例月经正常的志愿者,于月经期、卵泡期、排卵期及黄体期测定血清瘦素浓度。结果随着卵泡的发育成熟,瘦素水平逐渐升高,排卵期的瘦素浓度显著高于月经期(P<0.01)。结论血清瘦素在月经周期中呈生理性变化。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum leptin level and menstrual cycle of healthy women.Methods The serum leptin level in normal menstrual cycle of 65 healthy women were detected.Results With the development of follicules,leptin levels rose gradually to the highest on ovulation period.Serum leptin level of ovulation period was higher than that of menstrual period（P0.01）.Conclusion Leptin level of healthy women changes with the cyclical variation of menstrual cycle.
