剖宫产术中孕妇低血糖对新生儿血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨孕妇剖宫产术中低血糖对新生儿血糖的影响。方法将2008年1月至2009年12月妇产科行剖宫产术的健康孕妇226例作为研究对象,孕妇产前即刻检测血糖,发现低血糖产妇98例,作为研究1组;血糖正常者128例,作为研究2组;选取同期产前即刻血糖检测显示血糖正常的顺产健康产妇30例作为对照组。检测三组产妇新生儿出生后30min血糖水平。结果①研究1组新生儿98名,发生低血糖17名(17.3%);研究2组新生儿128名,发生低血糖7名(5.5%);对照组新生儿30名,发生低血糖2名(6.7%)。研究1组新生儿低血糖发生率显著高于研究2组(P<0.01);研究2组新生儿低血糖发生率与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。②研究1组新生儿体重为(3.496±0.273)kg,研究2组新生儿体重为(3.351±0.326)kg,对照组新生儿体重为(3.279±0.221)kg,三组数据间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产术中产妇低血糖所产新生儿低血糖发生率明显增加。Objective In pregnant women cesarean section of the influence of neonatal blood sugar hypoglycemia.Methods From January 2008 in December 2009 of underwent cesarean section obstetrics and gynecology hospital healthy pregnant women 226 cases as the research object,the pregnant women in their immediate detection blood sugar,found maternal 98 cases,as hypoglycemic research group 1;Normal blood sugar 128 as research 2 groups;Select the same blood glucose test showed that prenatal immediately blood glucose normal natural labor health puerpera 30 cases as control group.Detection three groups after maternal birth 30min glucose levels.Results（1） research group 1,occurred hypoglycemia neonatal 98 name 17（17.3%）;Research 2 groups of neonatal 128,happen hypoglycemia 7（5.5%）;Neonatal 30 control,occurred hypoglycemia 2（6.7%） study of neonatal hypoglycemia incidence of group 1 significantly higher than 2 groups（P 0.01）;Research 2 groups of neonatal hypoglycemia incidence and the control group had no significant difference（P 0.05）.（2） the research group 1 neonatal weight 3.496 ± 0.273） for（kg,2 groups for birth weight 3.351 ±0.326） kg（group,neonatal weight 3.279 ± 0.221） for（kg,three groups was statistically significant differences between data（P0.05）.Conclusion cesarean section in maternal hypoglycemia in newborn significantly increased incidence of hypoglycemia.
