摘  要:针对多层皮革裁床在高转速下振动噪声大的问题,应用多体系统传递矩阵法,对分又和闭环混合多刚柔体系统建立了动力学模型。在建立裁床总体传递矩阵的过程中,提取出对裁床振动影响最大的机构,并采用集中质量参数法简化为弹簧阻尼结构,通过分析找出了3条振动传递链,同时结合传递链的边界条件,用Matlab软件求解得到了多层皮革裁剪机刀头机构的自然频率以及一阶固有频率下的振型。最后对比了用ANSYS求解的振型,通过比较验证了采用多体系统传递矩阵法建立动力学模型的正确性。To provide the solution to large noise and vibration caused by the multi-layer leather cutting machine at high speed, the transfer matrix method of multi-body system is employed to build a dynamic model of the bifurcate and closed system. In the process of building a transfer matrix of the cutting machine, a mechanism having the maximum effect on the machine vibration is picked up and simplified into a spring-damping system. Based on the analysis, three vibration transfer chains are found. Combined with the boundary conditions of the transfer chains, the natural frequency of the cutter head mechanism of the cutting machine and the mode of vibration under the first order of natural frequency are obtained with the help of Matlab. Finally, the mode of vibration solved with ANSYS is compared with the results above, thus proving the correctness of the dynamic model built with the transfer matrix method of multi-body system.
