摘 要:分析了工程设计中约束问题的特点和规律,阐明了工程约束与几何约束在工程CAD领域中的表现形式,从一般工程意义上提出了符合工程特点的“多元约束图”的约束表示模型.基于“多元约束图”模型,文章提出了“最小约束度优先和最小值域范围优先”的约束求解算法,描述了针对该算法的约束传播层的设计思想,将约束变量有序地形成一单向依赖关系表,有效地表达了约束一致性的思想,较大规模地减少了搜索空间.该研究应用于工厂钢结构的系统设计中,收到了良好的效果.Engineering CAD is a key branch of Computer Aided Design, Not only there is a widely applied value, but also it brings some new challenge research direction for some traditional researching methods and theory. This paper reviews current research situation of engineering CAD, special for engineering constraints and geometry constraints, analyses the denotation and characteristics of engineering design. Some rules and peculiarities of constraints in engineering design are analyzed. “Multilateral Elements Constrains Graph”, a constraints representation model for engineering constraints, is presented. Named as “The Least Constrains Degree First and The Least Value Region First”, an algorithm based on the model constructs the one way dependence relations among constraints variables. In this way, some problems of constraints consistency and search space are solved well. Some concepts are given in the paper, just like constrains graph, degree of constrains, promulgating layer of constraints and so on. The characteristics of promulgating layer of constraints are discussed also. This technology supports optimization for constraints, merger and feature location. A remarkable output has been achieved after the method applied into the CAD system of Steel Structure Design.
