摘　　要：目的 探讨食管气管瘘行自膨式食管带膜支架置入术后的护理.方法 62例晚期中段食管癌患者在胃镜直视下置入自膨式带膜支架,观察术后并发症.结果 并发食管气管瘘患者术后并发症高于其他患者.结论 加强术后护理,尤其是患者术后的咳痰指导,能有效降低术后并发症的发生.Objective To explore the nursing measures of patients complicated with esophago-tracheal fistula treated by the implantation of self-expansion membrane-covered esophageal stent. Methods Observed postoperative complications of 62 patients with advanced carcinoma of middle third of esophagus after the implantation surgery of self-expansion membrane-covered esophageal stent under direct vision of gastroscopy.Results The incidence of postoperative complications was higher in patients complicated with esophago-tracheal fistula than in the others. Conclusions The enhancement of postoperative nursing measures, especially the instruction of cough, could decrease the incidence of postoperative complications effectively.
