基于理性选择理论的农民工参加新型农村养老保险制度影响因素研究

摘　　要：本文以理性选择理论为基础,分别从生存理性、经济理性、制度理性及社会理性四个角度对影响农民工参与新型农村养老保险制度的因素进行了考察。研究发现:生存理性与经济理性是农民工参与新型养老保险制度的决定性因素,农民工的收入状况、生活水平、家庭支出状况、需要供养人数等因素对他们的制度选择意愿产生了十分显著的影响,而农民工的职业身份、社会交往状况、住房状况等社会理性也对农民工参加新型农村养老保险制度意愿产生了一定程度的影响。The Migrant farmers' willingness for participating in the social pension schemes is of great importance to the healthy development of the social pension policies.This paper,based on the Rational-choice Theory,analyzes the factors affecting migrant farmers' choices on different social pension plans,from the perspectives of survivor ration,economic ration,institutional ration as well as the social ration.The research result shows that survivor ration and economic ration play a vital role in the process of migrant farmers' choices on the different social pension plans and that institutional ration and social ration are less important factors.The research also indicates that migrant farmers' income amount,life level,family revenue as well expense,the number of dependant family members profession,social interacton,and living conditions can greatly affect migrant farmers' choices,while gender,marital status are of little significance to their choices.
