卫生陶瓷抗菌釉的研究

摘　　要：本文通过实验研制适用于卫生陶瓷生产的,具有高效杀菌抑菌效果的银系无机抗菌釉,采用正交实验法优化抗菌陶瓷的坯体配方、釉料配方及烧成条件,并通过对其主要性能的检测和分析,最终获得合理的配方。Through the experiment research applies to health ceramic production, have efficient sterilization bacteriostatic effect of inorganic antibacterial glaze silver, using orthogonal experiment optimization of antibiotic ceramic given photo-cell and formula, frits formula and burning into conditions, and through its main performance testing and analysis, finally obtained reasonable formula.
