摘  要:介绍了利用红外光谱对仿瓷餐具材质进行鉴定的方法和程序,解决了不溶、不熔的热固性树脂模塑制品难以制样的问题。通过加内标的方法,建立了参比谱图,并根据参比谱图对未知样品进行分析。结果表明:该方法可以快速鉴别仿瓷餐具的材质和结构。Method and process of identifying melamine tableware and urea-formaldehyde articles by infrared spectrum (IR) were introduced, and the problem of sample preparation of thermosetting resin molding product, which was insoluble or non-fusible, was resolved. The reference spectrograms were established by internal standard method. Meanwhile, so named melamine tableware samples were analyzed according to the reference spectrograms. The results indicate that the method can efficiently identify the materials and structure of the melamine tableware.
