摘  要:目的:介绍一种从清醒豚鼠眨眼反射记录中有效地提取并分析其惊吓性眨眼反射(Eyeblink startle response,EBSR)、条件性眨眼反射以及非条件眨眼反射(Eyeblink unconditionel response,EBUR)波形的方法。方法:采用正弦波纯音和束状医用氧气流分别作为条件刺激和非条件刺激先后作用于豚鼠,训练豚鼠建立眨眼条件反射(Eyeblink conditioned response,EBCR),在此过程中利用高分辨率、低扭矩的肌肉张力换能器测量眨眼活动,并通过基线计算与文件取舍等步骤分析这些测量数据。结果:该方法可以快速准确地对眨眼反射记录进行有效提取和分析,并与其它方法的相关报道一致。结论:该眨眼反射测量方法操作和分析过程简单,结果准确,可用于研究小型啮齿类动物EBCR训练中眨眼活动的拓扑学参数变化。Objective:To introduce a method which can effectually extract records of eyeblink response and analyze wave shape of eyeblink startle response,eyeblink conditioned response and eyeblink unconditioned response in conscious guinea pigs.Methods:Sine wave sounds and medical oxygen flow bundle were used successively as conditioned stimulus and unconditioned stimulus to train guinea pigs,to establish eyeblink conditioned response.High-resolution and low-torque muscle tension transducers were used to measure eyeblink activity in the process,and through the baseline calculation,document selection and other steps,these measurements were analyzed.Results:The method could rapidly and accurately extract and analyze records of eyeblink response,and was consistent with other reported.Conclusion:The eyeblink response measurement method and analyzing process are simple and the result is accurate.The method can be used to study the change of eyeblink activity topology parameter in training process of eyeblink conditioned response in small rodents.
