家庭功能状况与慢性乙型肝炎患者健康状态的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者家庭功能与健康状态的关系,为临床医护人员实施家庭功能调节提高患者的健康水平提供依据。方法:应用Family APGAR问卷和COOP/WONGA功能状态量表对120例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行问卷调查,比较家庭功能良好家庭组与障碍家庭组之间在健康功能状态上的差异。结果:120例慢性乙型肝炎患者家庭中,良好家庭占46.7%,障碍家庭占53.3%;家庭功能障碍组患者在总体健康功能状态及生理适应性、情感、社会交往、日常活动、健康变化、整体健康、疼痛等方面评分与家庭功能良好组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢性乙型肝炎患者家庭功能与健康状态呈正相关(r=0.911,P<0.01),其Family APGAR问卷适应度、合作度、成长度、情感度、亲密度5个维度与COOP/WONGA的10个条目呈正相关(r=0.703～0.933,P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:慢性乙型肝炎患者的家庭功能与患者的健康状态密切相关,临床医疗护理工作应重视家庭功能与慢性乙型肝炎患者健康状态之间的相互影响,使患者保持良好的家庭功能状态,提高其健康状态,促进疾病康复。Objective：To study the relations between the family functioning and health state of patients with chronic hepatitis B,in order to provide basis for the medical workers who will regulate the family functioning of the patients to improve the health of these patients.Methods：A questionnaire survey was undertaken among 120 patients with chronic hepatitis B by the way of Family APGAR and COOP/WONGA.The differences between the good functioning families and defective functioning families were compared.Results：46.7 percent of the patients had good functioning families,53.3 percent of them had defective functioning families.The differences between the good functioning families and defective functioning families in the total healthy state,emotion,social communication,daily activity,and pain,etc.had statistical significance（P0.05）.The family functioning had positive relation with the health state in patients with chronic hepatitis B（r=0.911,P0.01）.The adaptability,cooperation,growth,emotion,and intimation in Family APGAR questionnaire survey and ten items in COOP/WONGA had positive relations（r=0.703～0.933,P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion：The relations between the family functioning and the health state in patients with chronic hepatitis B have close relations.Medical workers should pay attention to the desirable effects of the good family functioning on patients with chronic hepatitis B in order to promote them recover.
