白细胞介素-18与2型糖尿病肾病关系的研究

摘　　要：目的观察白细胞介素-18(IL-18)与2型糖尿病肾病及生化指标的关系,以期为糖尿病肾病的发病机制与临床防治提供有效的探索。方法用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验分别检测30例健康对照组和120例2型糖尿病患者(其中单纯糖尿病患者30例,合并肾脏病变者90例)血清IL-18,并同时测定其它临床指标。结果 2型糖尿病肾病组血清IL-18水平明显高于单纯2型糖尿病患者和正常对照组(P<0.05);相关分析显示血清IL-18浓度与空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白呈正相关(r=0.56;0.67;0.54,P<0.01)。结论 IL-18的检测有助于了解2型糖尿病患者是否存在早期肾损害。Objective To investigate the relationship between interleukin-18（IL-18） and type 2 diabetic nephropathy so as to explain the mechanism of diabetic nephropathy and find a valid way to prevent and cure it.Methods The levels of serum IL-18 were determined by ELASA in 30 healthy controls and 90 cases of type 2 diabetic patients（including 60 cases with nephropathy and 30 cases without complications）.Other clinical parameters were also measured.Results The levels of IL-18 were markedly elevated in type 2 diabetic nephropathy group than in type 2 diabetes without complications and normal control group（P0.05）.Correlation analysis showed that the serum IL-18 concentrations were positively correlated with fasting plasma glucose,2 h post-prandialglucose,glycosylatedhemoglobin（r=0.56;0.67;0.54,P0.01）.Conclusion The IL-18 detected in blood is contributed to study whether there is early damage in kidney in type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
