摘　　要：天然电磁辐射测深工作的定性解释以及工作机理的观测验证曾在本刊做过介绍,为了深入研究天然电磁辐射测深技术的机理,对不同类型的理论模型进行了分析,在本文中给出了分析结果,分析结果表示对于深部薄层探测是有利的,例如,探测深部油层.指出了天然电磁辐射测深技术的一些局限及局限的来源.A qualitative interpretation on the mechanism of the natural electromagnetic radiation sounding and some verifiable observations of its mechanism has been published in this journal . In order to study its mechanism in a deep manner, the analysis of different types of theoretical models is carried out , the results of analysis are given in this paper ,The results of analysis indicate that it is beneficial for the detection of deep-lying thin strata , such as the detection of deep oil. The limitation of this kind prospecting technique is pointed out and the forming cause of such limitation is mentioned.
