耳穴贴压和捏脊配合感觉统合训练对儿童感觉统合失调症的干预

摘　　要：目的：运用中医治疗ADHD的理疗方法,耳穴贴压和捏脊,配合感觉统合训练,改善儿童感觉统合失调的症状,增强单纯感觉统合训练疗治的效果,提供科学依据.方法：采用儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表对3间社区幼儿园5-6岁儿童进行感觉统合评估,筛查出不同程度感觉统舍失调的儿童92名,轻度失调与严重失调各分成两组,A组进行感觉统合训练,8组感觉统合训练的同时配合耳穴贴压和捏脊,4个月疗程.结果：再次评分的结果B组得分的提高明显高于A组（P＜0.05）.结论：耳穴贴压和捏脊配合感觉统合训练能更有效的改善儿童感觉统合失调的症状.Objective： The therapeutic method of Chinese medicine treatment of ADHD and Chiropractic Auricular-plaster to cope with sensory integration training, combining Chinese and Western medicine, and further improve children＇s symptoms of sensory integration disorder, enhance the effect of pure sensory integration training, admitted to its future in the community provide a scientific basis in the promotion. Methods：The children＇s sensory integration capability to develop rating scales for three communities, kindergartens, children 5-6 years old sensory integration assessment, screening out the varying degrees of 92 children sensory integration dysfunction, mild disorders and severe disorders of all divided into two groups, A group of sensory integration training, B group, while sensory integration training with auricular point sticking and chiropractic, treatment for four months. Results：The results of B group re-rating scores improved significantly higher than A group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Auricular-plaster, and chiropractic with sensory integration training can be more effectively to improve children＇s sensory integration disorder symptoms.
