低场MRI对膝关节外伤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨膝关节外伤后X线、CT检查阴性,低场MRI进一步检查的诊断价值.方法 对36例膝关节外伤,X线、CT检查阴性的低场MRI资料进行分析.结果 单纯性滑膜囊或关节囊积液4 例;半月板撕裂伤14例;后交叉韧带撕裂伤3 例;内侧副韧带撕裂伤5 例;外侧副韧带撕裂伤3 例;骨挫伤5例;正常2例.其中膝关节损伤合并关节积液18例,骨挫伤合并韧带损伤2例,合并半月板损伤3例.结论 低场MRI对显示膝关节外伤优于X线平片及CT检查,可为临床治疗方式提供可靠依据.Objective To explore the value of MR1 examination in knee joint trauma after negative X--ray and CT results. Meth- otis MR imaging data of 36 patients with knee joint trauma which was of negative X--ray and CT results were analyzed retrospec- tively. Results The knee trauma included 4 cases of simple synovial or articular capsule effusion, 14 cases with meniscus tear, 3 ca- ses with posterior cruciate ligament rupture, 5 cases with medial collateral ligament rupture, 3 cases with lateral collateral ligament rupture, 5 cases with bone contusion and normal in 2 cases . Among them, 18 cases had knee joint injury in combination with joint effusion, 2 cases bone contusion combined ligament damage, and 3 cases combined meniscus injury. Conclusion Low field MRI and its is superior to X--ray and CT examination in showing knee joint trauma, which can provide reliable informations for clinical therapy.
