摘 要:分析并研究了东太平洋中国合同区深海沉积物中的微型生物生物量、总叶绿素含量和总有机碳含量的分布特征,结果表明,微型生物生物量的垂直分布特征为表层最高,随着沉积物深度的增加而降低;生物量(以C计)的水平分布特征为东区高于西区,变化范围为0.052~0.386μg/cm2,生物量最高值出现在东区的ES0503站位,生物量最低值出现在西区的WS0505站位。总叶绿素含量的空间分布特征与微型生物生物量相同,变化范围为0.083~0.272μg/cm2。总有机碳含量的空间分布特征与微型生物生物量基本一致,变化范围为0.349%~0.453%。相关分析显示,深海沉积物微型生物生物量和总叶绿素含量的水平分布具有显著的正相关性;总有机碳含量与微型生物生物量和总叶绿素含量的相关性均不显著,说明总叶绿素含量是微型生物生物量水平分布的主要影响因子。小型底栖生物、生物扰动和底流等环境因子也是影响沉积物中微型生物生物量空间分布的重要因素。COMRA's contract area in the eastern Pacific Ocean covered by a large amount of polymetallic nodules has a great potential value for business mining. Future mining activities will inevitably bring about negative impacts on the deep-sea environment. Micro organisms which account for more than 95% of the microbial biomass are the major component of the deep-sea microbial community and play a critical role in deep-sea carbon cycle. The round-the-world cruise of R/V "Dayang yihao" in 2005 carried out an investigation on the distribution of the microbial biomass in the deep-sea sediment in the COMRA's contract area, which is made up by two zones, the east zone and the west zone. Top 10 cm sediments were sampled with TV multicorer and each sample was divided into ten subsamples of one centimeter for analysis. The results show that microbial biomass is higher in top and decreases with increasing depth, while there is a clear fluctuation in the vertical distribution caused by biodisturbance. The distribution has slightly differences for different stations. The maximum biomass occurs at 0~1 cm at the most of the stations and only at a few stations at 1~4 cm. The east zone has a higher average microbial biomass (C) ranging from 0.052 μg/cm2 to 0.386 μg/cm2 than the west zone, and the highest microbial biomass is observed at ES0503 and the lowest at station WS0505. Total chloroplastic pigment content shows a similar vertical distribution. It decreases downwards with a fluctuation. Horizontally it is obviously higher in the east zone than in the west zone with a range from 0.083~0.272 μg/cm2. The highest value was observed at station ES0503 and the lowest at station WS0502. Total organic carbon (TOC) content has the similar distribution feature as microbial biomass and chloroplastic pigment. Horizontal variation ranges from 0.349%~0.453%.
