摘　　要：2010年7月中旬,三峡水库出现了建库以来最大的洪水过程,在国家防汛抗旱总指挥部和长江防汛抗旱总指挥部的科学调度下,取得了防洪、发电和航运的全面胜利,充分发挥了枢纽工程的综合效益和社会效益。During mid-July 2011, the maximum flood since the complete of Three Gorges Project occurred in the reservoir. Under the scientific dispatch of both the State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters and the Yangtze River Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters, all the tasks of flood control, power generation and navigation were successfully fulfilled by the project, and then the comprehensive benefits and social benefits from the project were fully played as well.
