摘　　要：山西省万家寨引黄一期工程采用了预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP),在PCCP输水工程项目实施过程中,积极采取措施、认真组织、科学管理,在确保工程质量、安全的前提下,有效地控制了工程投资。The Pre-stressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe （PCCP） is applied to Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project Phase I. During the implementation the water conveyance project constructed with PCCP, the project investment is effectively controlled under the premise of ensuring both the quality and the safety of the project through careful organization and scientific management.
