摘　　要：本文分析了在病险水库除险加固工程的实施过程中,围绕区域经济发展战略,转变观念,调整传统的除险加固工程设计思路,在确保水库安全的前提下,紧密结合当地经济社会发展对水库功能的实际需求,在实施水库除险加固工程的同时,实现水库工程经济效益最大化。An analysis is made on how to realize the maximization of economic benefit of reservoir project based on the regional economic development strategy in close combination with the actual demands for the functions of reservoir from the local economic and social development under the premise to ensure the safety of reservoir during the implementation of risk-ellmination and strengthening of dangerous reservoir by means of adjusting the conventional design concept for the risk elimination and strengthening concerned.
