基于SBU的工商管理专业综合实验项目研究

摘　　要：如何通过综合实验体系的构建和实验项目的设计培养企业所需要的应用型工商管理人才,这是构建工商管理专业服务型教育体系和应用人才培养规格的重要内容。文章在分析工商管理专业现有实验体系存在问题的基础上,基于战略经营单位(SBU)的思想,提出了一种基于SBU的工商管理专业综合实验体系框架,并对其进行了综合实验项目的规划设计和实施,取得了较好的实施效果。The integrated experiments system construction and comprehensive experiments project design are the important parts in the framework of service-oriented education system and application talents cultivating especially for business administration major.Based on the analysis of the problems in presently experiments system and the strategic business units（SBU） thoughts,this paper puts forward a SBU-based integrated experiments system framework for business administration major.And based on the SBU-based integrated experiments system framework,the experiments projects are designed and implemented with good application effects.
