摘  要:选取利用太阳能获取电能,进行水溶液电解再生纯铁的实验室研究。利用已有的一套太阳能光伏发电装置作为电源,设计、选取电解部分的试验装置,安装进行预试验。在前阶段试验的基础上,结合各项工艺参数的影响条件,确定试验的指标和影响因素。对试验结果进行初步分析,结合操作方便和经济等方面考虑,确定各因素水平,即FeCl2.4H2O:300 g/L;NaCl:80 g/L;温度:75℃;pH:2.0;极距:40 mm;电流密度:8.0 A/dm2。对比这个试验阶段其它工况,在这样的工况下,电解的电流效率相对较高,且电解铁的形貌相对较好。In order to reduce the consumption of traditional energy and the pollution in the field of metallurgy,the clean energy was considered to use in metallurgy process.The electrical energy from solar energy was chose and the lab scale experiment was carried out for electrolyzing pure iron in the aqueous solution.The solar photovoltaic installations were acted as power,and the electrolytic experimental facility was designed and chose to do the pre-experiment.On the basis of the former experiment,considering the conditions of each parameter,the experiment′s target and the influencing factors were designed.From the convenient in operation and economy,the preliminary experimental results were analyzed on different factors and levers,such as the concentration of FeCl2·4H2O: 300g/L,NaCl: 80g/L,temperature: 75℃,pH value: 2.0,polar distance: 40mm and current density: 8.0A/dm2.Compared with other experiments′ conditions,this experiment′s current efficiency is relatively high,and the iron′s shape is the best.
