摘  要:超微粉碎技术是基于破坏植物细胞壁,促进植物细胞内成分溶解、扩散的原理运用于中药有效成分提取的新技术。该技术与传统提取技术相比具有成分浸出率高、生物利用度好、充分利用中药资源等优势,并具有大规模工业化生产的潜力。简要介绍中药超微粉碎技术的概念、工作原理、方法和设备,重点阐述超微粉碎技术应用于中药领域的主要优势和研究现状,并对当前存在的工艺难题进行初步探讨。Ultra-fine pulverization technology is a new technology, which has been used to extract the active constituents in Chinese" materia medica(CMM). It could be used to destroy plant cell walls, thus the components in the plant cells could be dissolved easily, Compared with the traditional extracting technology, it has more obvious advantages, for example, high extraction efficiency, good bioavailability, and utilization of resources. Ultra-fine pulverization technology has the potential for large-scale industrial production. This paper introduces the concept, theory, method, and equipment of ultra-fine pulverization technology in CMM. The advantages and progress are emphasized in related study of this technology in the production and application. The problems and obstacles in this field for the future are also preliminary studied.
