高职院校体育教师专业自主发展的现状及对策

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计方法,对高职院校体育教师的专业自主发展现状进行研究,从多角度解析了高职院校体育教师专业自主发展现状的原因,并从外部和内部两个层面提出了高职院校体育教师专业自主发展的建议。Through the literature,questionnaire,mathematic statistics and other methods,the paper analyzes the status quo of the major＇s independent development of the P.E teacher in the vocational colleges,and researches the causes for the current situation of independent development of P.E teacher major in the vocational colleges in the multiple perspectives,and proposes some suggestions for the major＇s independent development in the vocational colleges from its exterior and interior aspects.
