摘 要:采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对唐钢FTSC工艺板材孔洞成因进行了分析,结果表明:唐钢SS400热轧材的孔洞是由沿铸坯厚度方向存在中间裂纹造成的。对轻压下时铸坯坯壳厚度的变化进行了分析,发现铸坯中间裂纹源主要在扇形0段,是由于辊子的相互错位而诱发;裂纹源产生后沿铸坯厚度方向延伸形成中间裂纹。通过减小扇形0段的压下量,合理分配到其它扇形段中,减轻或消除了铸坯枝晶间裂纹的产生,抑制了铸坯中间裂纹的生成,避免了板卷孔洞缺陷。The reasons of hole formation in strip produced by FTSC at Tang Steel were analyzed by means of metallographic microscope and SEM.The results reveal that the hole formed in SS400 hot-rolled strip was caused by cracks in center of continuous casting slab rather than by slag entrapment.The shell thickness change during soft reduction was analyzed.The crack source was resulted in mismatch of No.0 rolls on fan-shaped segment,and the crack source evolved into mid-cracks along thickness direction.At last,the reduction was reduced in No.0 fan-shaped segment and allocated to the other fan-shaped segment.The mid-cracks were restrained,and then the hole formation in SS400 hot-rolled strip was avoided.
